MEMBERSHIP
STCA membership year is from July 1 until June 30. Dues are $15.00 if postmarked by September 30. On October 1, dues increases to $25.00. WINTER WORKSHOP
The annual STCA Winter Workshop will be held on the beautiful campus of Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas on January 16, 2009. This year’s theme is “Counseling: Building Hope for the Future”. As counselors we provide those we help with the basic resources/tools they need to move forward in their lives. Thus building hope for them and their future. Please join us for a day of professional growth and sharing. Breakfast and lunch are included in the registration fee and participants will be able to earn up to 6 CEU’s. For more information, please see attached 2009 Winter Workshop Registration form.

WINTER WORKSHOP CALL FOR ALL PROGRAMS
On Friday, January 16, 2009, the South Texas Counseling Association will be holding its annual professional growth conference, the Winter Workshop, at Our Lady of The Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. Our theme this year is:
“Counseling: Building Hope for the Future”
In the past, we have drawn over 200 counselors from South Texas and other surrounding areas to participate in this one-day event and we anticipate the same this year! The conference includes a continental breakfast with a morning keynote speaker, morning break-out sessions, afternoon luncheon keynote, and afternoon break-out sessions for a total of 6 hours CEU credit.
We hope to provide a variety of useful and invigorating sessions. If you are interested in presenting at our event, please complete the application. |
